1. Purpose of the GTC

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale outlined below detail the rights and obligations of the sole proprietorship Yliade and its client in the context of the sale of the following goods: posters and art prints. Any service performed by the sole proprietorship Yliade implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

The products offered for sale on our website are posters printed on high-quality paper. Each poster is carefully designed and printed on specially selected paper to ensure optimal color and detail rendering. The main characteristics of each poster (size, paper type, finish) are specified in the product description available on the dedicated product page. The photographs and illustrations of the posters displayed on the website aim to provide an accurate representation of the product. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to differences in screen displays or lighting conditions, which shall not be considered a defect or non-conformity of the product. Each product is designed and printed according to the defined technical specifications, and the client acknowledges that the posters are strictly intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any resale, reproduction, or distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization from us.

3. Prices

The prices listed on the product pages do not include delivery fees, which are charged in addition to the price of the purchased products based on the total amount of the order. The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are stated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). As a sole proprietorship, VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The order will be confirmed and shipped upon receipt of full payment. Yliade reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it commits to invoicing the goods ordered at the prices stated at the time the order is placed.

4. Order and Payment

To place an order, the customer must select the posters they wish to purchase, add them to their cart, and then follow the order validation process by providing the necessary information (name, delivery address, etc.). Before final confirmation, the customer has the opportunity to review the details of their order and the total price, and to correct any errors. Payment for orders is made online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or through PayPal. The transaction is secure, and payment information is encrypted to ensure data confidentiality. The order is considered confirmed and processed once full payment has been received. In the event of a payment issue, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be informed. An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the payment is validated, including a summary of the order and the tracking number, if applicable.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided on the order form, which must be located within the covered geographic areas. Currently, we offer delivery within mainland France, EU countries, and certain international zones. If you require delivery outside of these areas, please contact us to verify feasibility. Orders are shipped via La Poste, with tracking and without signature upon delivery. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the items, and are automatically calculated when the order is confirmed. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination: Mainland France: approximately 3 to 5 business days European Union: approximately 5 to 10 business days International: approximately 10 to 20 business days Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided via email to allow the customer to track their package. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left by the postal carrier, and the buyer can collect the package at the nearest post office within a specified time frame set by the postal services. We make every effort to meet the indicated delivery times; however, Yliade cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us via the Contact page, providing their order number and their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or become damaged easily when returned. Due to the fragile nature of our posters, any return must be carefully packaged by the customer to prevent damage during transit. If the product arrives damaged, a deduction may be applied to the refund.


Return and Refund Policy:
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition and with protective packaging equivalent to that used during the initial shipment. After receiving and verifying the condition of the poster, we will process the refund within 14 days, minus any damages that occurred to the product during the return.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the fragile nature of our products (posters printed on paper), we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase, except in cases of damage or defects related to delivery. We encourage you to carefully check your order before finalizing it. If you notice any issues related to delivery, such as a damaged product or a clear defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order via our Contact page, providing your order number and attaching photos of the affected product. After reviewing your request, if the issue is validated, we may offer a replacement of the product or, if applicable, a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

As part of order management and customer relations, we collect and process certain personal data of customers (such as name, address, email, phone number, etc.). This data is strictly necessary for processing and shipping orders, handling complaints, and, where applicable, sending commercial information with the prior consent of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All creations displayed on this site, including designs and posters, are original works protected by copyright and, as such, remain the exclusive property of Yliade / Constance Amaudric. Any reproduction, distribution, representation, adaptation, modification, or use, in whole or in part, of these creations, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and would constitute a violation of intellectual property rights, subject to legal action. The purchase of a poster grants the customer only a private and personal right of use. Any commercial use or public distribution is expressly forbidden. For any specific requests (e.g., for a license or collaboration), please contact us directly to obtain our prior written authorization.

10. Responsibility and Guarantees

Limitation of Liability: Yliade takes all necessary measures to ensure the quality and safety of the packaging of its posters. However, our responsibility cannot be held for any delays, loss, or damage to products occurring during transportation, as these risks are transferred to the carrier once the items are handed over for shipment. In case of delivery issues (damaged posters, delays, loss), the customer must contact the carrier directly and file a claim within the time frame specified by the carrier.

Legal Warranty of Conformity and Warranty Against Hidden Defects:
Our Products Benefit from the Following Legal Warranties:

Legal Warranty of Conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code): If a delivered poster presents a conformity defect (e.g., incorrect size or design) compared to the order, the customer may request a repair or replacement of the product, or, if that is not possible, a refund, within two years of receiving the poster.
Warranty Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code): In the event of a hidden defect that renders the poster unfit for its intended use (e.g., a manufacturing defect not visible at the time of delivery), the customer may request a full or partial refund within two years of discovering the defect.
For any request regarding these warranties, the customer must contact our customer service via the Contact page, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If the issue is validated, we will offer a solution in accordance with the applicable legislation.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage the customer to contact us to seek an amicable solution. If no amicable solution can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with French law.
